- Recommended equipment: dumbbells, jump rope, ankle weights, booty bands, long and short resistance bands (Available For Purchase - Visit Shop, Workout/Yoga Mat, 5x5 Feet Of Clear Space For Workouts) Not Necessary But It Will Help With Maximum Results.
- If you are pregnant, injured, recently had surgery, chronic joint pain or arthritis- do not join the challenge as it may be difficult to complete and modifications are limited
